Alejandro Muchada, an architect-turned-winemaker, teamed with Grower Champagne producer David Léclapart to focus on organic and biodynamic practices. They restored vineyards in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, aiming to produce exceptional white wines without fortification. The wines are wild-fermented, aged on lees, and bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfites. Their wines are intense yet balanced, gaining high praise and ratings from wine critics.
Lumière comes from 60-year-old Palomino vines on a 1.2-hectare plot, aged 14 months in large French oak barrels. It's aromatic with notes of lemon, pear, and honeysuckle. Decant before serving for full flavour.
