2022 Ciello 'Frizzante' Sparkling 20L Keg

Ciello Frizzante - A dry sparkling white wine made from a Sicilian indigenous white varietal called Catarratto. 

Organically grown in Marsala (West Sicily, Italy) by the Vesco family (The owners of Cantine Rallo who have been making wines across three Sicilian appellations since 1860), and made from 100% Catarratto, this dry, crisp sparkling wine is a golden lemon in colour, with white flowers, jasmine and cherry blossom on the nose and key lime, meyer lemon and white peach on the palate. The wine has a a soft, fine bead and a persistent, lingering finish. There's fresh citrus flavours here reminiscent of Prosecco but a complexity, finesse and mouthfeel more akin to Champagne.

Delivered in a 20L Wine Diamonds keg with a D-type fitting (typical beer fitting). NB: Must dispense with CO2 (typical beer dispensing setup).
